RA has Dawn dish soap (9.5oz - 12.6oz) for 1.00 this week. There is a .20 Q in Sunday's P and G insert. The ad does not say it is on sale, it only says 'with wellness card', so there would be an additional 10% or 20% off with your wellness card if you are at one of those levels.
So you can snag it as low as .60 a bottle.
